How do I inquire about a price match?

• Simply email us at help@spellboundwigs.com.
• Include your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
• Include the name/color/style of item you’re interested in and a screenshot or website link of the identical item offered at a lower price.
• We will verify and email you an invoice that meets or beats the lower advertised price.

Lowest Everyday Price Guarantee Guidelines

• Spellbound Wigs will match the price of the identical qualifying item at the time of purchase.
• The price for the identical item must be listed and valid at the time of the match.
• Spellbound Wigs reserves the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of that item from the retailer. If Spellbound Wigs is unable to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
• The item must be identical in brand, size, color, weight, dimensions, and model number.
• The item must be in stock and available for shipping and delivery at the time of the price match.

Lowest Everyday Price Guarantee Exclusions

• Competitors’ pricing for customized items, altered items, discontinued, used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, seasonal, closeout, white-labeled, or damaged merchandise are excluded from price matching.
• Promotions such as BOGO, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holiday-related sales, special events, loyalty discounts, bundle offers, volume pricing, wholesale pricing may be excluded.
• Third party marketplace sellers, auction sites, closeout/discount/clearance sites.
• Sales tax (state/city/municipal/county).  We only charge sales tax in states where it is required for our business to collect and remit taxes, and we are not able to waive sales tax in those states.
• Advertising pricing or printing errors.
• Credit terms and finance offers (although we do offer Shop Pay financing which can be used for any purchase).
• Prices offered on Live TV, Facebook, YouTube, or other virtual venues.
